Taking A.I.M.M. | Blossom & Bloom [1] : Morning Rituals

To blossom is the beginning state of a plant bearing flowers. To bloom is where the flowers open and display beautifully.  If we make the connection to people, when we blossom and bloom, we flourish, we shine, we mature into our potential. The Blossom & Bloom Series is a guide just for that. To help my baddies become stronger, more confident and thrive in our own rights by creating an even more beautiful life, and intentional living. Get excited!

We are going to get right into it. This series is about learning and unlearning, becoming aware of bad habits and creating good habits, choosing to do things differently, changing our outlooks and mind frames, going after things that better serve us, and ultimately walking in our power. Blooming into power.  It may be uncomfortable, but of course you know great things never came from comfort zones. Again, get excited!

Journaling

Before we jump into the good stuff, I want to recommend journaling! Journaling has helped me clear out the clutter of my thoughts, helps me express what I’m feeling, helped me manifest wonderful things into my life, and allows me to track my progress and successes.

The University of Rochester Medical Center Rochester states “ Journaling helps control your symptoms and improve your mood by:

Helping you prioritize problems, fears, and concerns

Tracking any symptoms day-to-day so that you can recognize triggers and learn ways to better control them

-Providing an opportunity for positive self-talk and identifying negative thoughts and behaviors


 I could go on and on about the wonderful things about journaling, but this article summarizes it beautifully.

We will be covering a whole range of topics in the Blossom & Bloom Series. So, having a journal as a tracking system for growth, or reflection, to express and release emotions, and for any epitomes that come your way will be incredibly beneficial.  

I recommend getting yourself a notebook and start getting used to creating a daily ritual.

Write out your daily affirmations, your intentions for the day, a topic for meditation, and your scripted manifestation, or taking AIMM. While practicing these things daily you are taking AIMM towards your goals, or the life you want


Affirmation– This is a loving boost for yourself. You are affirming and speaking positively. This is a very powerful form of self-love.  This is very personal to you so speak and write words that uplift you.

Example- I am stable, strong, and at peace. I am learning daily. I am becoming the person I’ve always wanted. I am doing better and better daily.

Intention– What do you want to do today? What do you want to learn? How do you want be? Write them out. Be easy on yourself if you do reach them. You are learning and just setting them, and bringing them to your conscious awareness, has amazing effects.

Meditation – Meditation can be many different things, but in this instance, we will be clearing out thoughts, deep breathing, and continued visualizing our intentions or goals.

And

Manifestation– this is where you write, script out what you want to manifest. You are will write out what you want as if it has happened. Be as detailed as possible because you will then start to keep these things in the forefront of your brain. What struggles did you overcome? How does it feel to have what you desired? What will you do now?  For instance: I am so excited that I get to…that I finally…, that I did…. It was hard work but I…

After you write it out, you leave it alone. You will see that, with intentional action, you will begin to make the necessary steps towards your dream. You will essential train your mind to look out for paths, opportunities, etc, towards what you want to manifest.


With that, you’re done. You do not have to think about it anymore. This journal will help you see evidence of changes in your life.

And, we are ready to begin! This series and guide is to help my Baddies to come into their own internally, which will radiate beautifully externally. This will then have truly amazing effects on their lives.  I want my Baddies to live fully realized lives and begin to Blossom & Bloom into their untapped potential and power. GET EXCITED!
